Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).

Purchases

Als Preview and its in-app purchases are sold through Apple’s App Store. Apple handles payment and, depending on the customer’s country, sells on our behalf (for example in the European Union) or acts as our agent; Apple’s terms of sale apply to the purchase. We are the provider of the app and grant the license to use it under Apple’s standard license agreement (EULA), and we are responsible for its content and functions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
